For larger remodels we may request a 10–20% deposit to reserve materials and schedule crews. All refunds on cancelled projects are handled in accordance with signed contracts (where applicable). Estimates themselves are free, other than cases where a refundable $50 fee might apply.

Yes—you may reschedule without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours beforehand. Appointments tied to signed contracts may require advance notice per terms of service

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any charges. Signed Contracts do-not apply. All signed contracts are subject to cancellation policy’s.
