While you are not available or you are renting out a property, West’s Property Maintenance & More can check your 1st, 2nd or 3rd property for any maintenance needs. Assure you don’t have any issues while you are away or when you have renters. If you need emergency service we are there for you. We check all doors, windows, lights, screens, air filters, HVAC units, and plumbing to make sure they are working properly. Lubricant doors and windows if needed, bring in packages if needed, clear downspouts from blockage, even put out your trash and put back. We also evaluate the interior of the property and look for any signs of water damage, mold, or pests. We then document our findings in a detailed report that can be used for both insurance and tax purposes. We provide this service in parts of Ocean County, Atlantic County, and Cape May County only along the shore and Bayside.
