I would highly recommend West Property Maintenance, if you need a handyman. Shawn was able to schedule my job quickly and arrived on time. He communicated with me throughout the project. Shawn hung a very large, heavy mirror, put together a small dresser and even fixed a kitchen drawer that wasn’t closing properly . He was very professional and I am very pleased with everything. My Mother and I contacted West Property Maintenance about adding some kitchen cabinet hardware & lighting, bathroom grab bar and towel rack installations, and adding shelving to closets and in our garage. We also needed 3 new light fixtures installed outside. Shawn listened to our request and needs and met everyone of them. He explained what he was going to do on each project, and made suggestions for different options to consider that would offer better functionality and save us money. He was able to do some extra projects we added while he was on site, including installing 2 new toilets, fixing our laundry room doors, inside door and sweep going into our garage, and updating our dining and laundry room lights. Shawn was on time and stayed each day until each project was done as scheduled, even though he had to make trips to his supplier to get the items needed for our add on projects. There is not a job to small or big that Shawn can't handle. Give West Property Maintenance a call if you need some home renovation or handyman jobs done right. Thanks Shawn!

Shawn painted my kitchen cabinets for me and did a very nice job. They look like new. I’m very satisfied with the work he did, and would recommend West Property Maintenance service for sure. He even updated a hard to reach ceiling light fixture for me in my kitchen.

Wests Property Maintenance and More was great on redoing our two bathrooms in our home. They both turned out really good and me and my fiancé love them. Shawn west was very polite and paid attention to detail.
